The owner arrived as scheduled, got right to work, and finished as planned. He guaranteed his work and explained how the door works and some simple maintenance that I need to do. Not knowing who to call, or any reputations, it is a risk every time I call someone out. I am glad I took this risk and would make this recommendation to anyone.
